• Overseas customers - if you are ordering from outside Australia, please email, fax or phone us, as postage costs are higher than domestic mail within Australia.

• Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or money order using our website, or alternatively by phone, fax, email or post

• You can phone us to use our secure Merchant facility, or use the PayPal facility on our website

• If you do not have a credit card or do not wish to electronically forward credit card details, please download the PDF Order Form and mail with a cheque, money order or your credit card details

• All credit card payments will be in Australian Dollars (AU$), and cheques or postal orders should also be made in Australian Dollars (AU$)

• All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AU$) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST)

• Orders placed directly with Bears Over There™, and not via PayPal, require full details to avoid any delay in processing your order

• Please ensure your details are correct  prior to forwarding, to enable us to contact you should a problem be encountered

• If you are sending a Cheque or Money Order, please include full contact details

• All orders are placed pending availability of stock, and will be dispatched as soon as payments are cleared or goods are available.  We will notify you if there is a problem with availability, and appropriate refunds or back-orders will be put in place
