At Bears Over There™ we are proud of our products, and want you to be delighted with each purchase.  

If for some reason you are not delighted with the bears you receive,

please contact our office within 14 days of purchase, to discuss same.  

We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, only if goods are faulty.

Problems with items purchased from retailers should be brought to the attention of that retailer.  We welcome your input regarding products purchased elsewhere should you encounter problems with a retailer.

Our products are tested by internationally recognised laboratories to ensure the product complies with applicable Toy Safety Standards. 

Our products are not manufactured for use as toys for children, and we encourage adults to abide by this classification as some designs have small objects attached.
